I am Giorgio, Product Manager and former Senior Technical Project Manager based in London. My work approach is process-oriented, infused with creativity. With experience spanning across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and hybrid delivery methodologies, I've guided projects from proof of concept to fully-fledged products. I'm continually expanding my technical knowledge to better support my products and teams. I'm a firm believer in team and cross-functional collaboration, driving process improvements, and solving challenges with a blend of pragmatism and creativity.
